I can say from experience that this is by far the best and most amazing detoxing method I have ever used, for pain relief, brain fog, swelling and much more. It deserves a blog all of its own. This ancient cleansing method works in 2 ways.
Firstly, it stimulates the liver to produce bile thereby immediately flushing any toxins from the liver.
Secondly, in a study at the University of Minnesota, coffee administered rectally was shown to increase glutathione S-transferase production in the liver by 600%-700%. This enzyme neutralises free radicals in the bloodstream. The neutralised toxins are dissolved in the bile, and pushed into the intestines for excretion. This amazing detoxification process, which normally takes much longer, can be completed up to once every 3 minutes during a coffee enema!
There were days I could say that a coffee enema literally saved my life. Be aware though, that coffee enemas can have side effects. Adverse reactions may include intestinal cramping, loss of appetite, fever, electrolyte imbalance, and diarrhoea. These can further lead to dehydration, constipation, and infection. Check with your doctor before beginning daily enemas.
