The symptoms of infestation are many and varied. The parasite activity in itself causes a loss of nutrients in the body as they need food to survive. On top of that, just like any other organism, parasites give off metabolic waste and this stuff is highly toxic. It can lead to symptoms of
· Sleep disturbances
· Teeth grinding
· Bed Wetting
· Immune dysfunction
· Hyperactivity, and
· Behavioural problems
Shocked? And that’s only the tip of the iceberg. So how do you get rid of the little critters?
Firstly limit the toxins coming into the body – both from food and from the environment. Wash fruits and vegetables well. Buy organic where possible, or grow some of your own. There is no need to buy everything organic. Check out the Dirty Dozen list to see which non-organic veggies you should avoid. Remove processed foods, refined sugars, alcohol, wheat, pork, and unhealthy processed fats.
Secondly, increase nutrition with raw fruits and vegetables. This helps to create an inhospitable environment for parasites in the body. It also helps the body to eliminate the toxins by giving it a nutritional boost. Foods that increase elimination of parasites include
· onions and garlic
· herbs like oregano, thyme leaf, and ginger
· papaya juice or eat the fruit with a few of the seeds if you can manage it
· coconut oil
· probiotic foods like sauerkraut, coconut kefir, milk kefir and milk kefir yoghurt
Thirdly, do a complete intestinal and parasite cleanse. My favourite method is to take Bentonite Clay (montmorillonite clay), Fermented Chlorella and Psyllium Hulls for 4 weeks. Then take BlackWalnut (Green) Hulls tincture, Clove capsules or oil and Wormwood capsules for2 weeks following a precise dosage. I also take Oregano Oil for the duration.
Lastly, include some colonics or do an enema at home 2-3 times a week during your parasite cleanse.
These 3 simple healing methods all overlap and each helps the other to succeed. For example, adding probiotic foods will help combat the craving for sweet and refined snacks, and will assist in the elimination of yeasts and other uninvited guests in the gut.
While researchers still cannot say for sure the exact cause of ADHD, it is certainly, as one doctor said, “not a Ritalin deficiency”. Adopting a new life approach is necessary to treat it successfully, but it is entirely possible and not all that complicated.
